I play softball, soccer, badminton, handball, yoga, tae kwon do, kickboxing, as well as pole dancing in these, and they have not failed me. I've had many compliments on how they look too. I'm 156cm (5' 1"), weigh 48kg (106 lbs) and got the x-small which fits just right.
